The Senior Program Ministries Aide assists with Senior Programs Ministries activities at The Salvation Army Oak Creek.
About the role:
- Assists with running the various educational, recreational, relational, and spiritual development activities, events, and trips for the Seniors Ministry programs.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with program participants.
- Assists by serving in meals and fellowship time.
- Provides support for regular activities and events for Seniors, by setting up refreshments, rooms, materials, etc.
- Helps ensure necessary information is collected and recorded for statics reports.
- Attends special Salvation Army services/events to support and strengthen connections with seniors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is helpful
Certifications: N/A
