The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to be responsible for all matters pertaining to the operations and security of the donation area.
Duties:
- Receive and receipt (per policy) all donated material courteously and efficiently.
- Safeguard all donated material and assigned equipment.
- Advise donors of unacceptable materials.
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the donation center and surrounding area.
- Sort and load trailers.
- Ensure that no unauthorized personnel enter the Donation Center and that no merchandise is kept, sold, or otherwise diverted without direction from Administrator(s).
- Report complaints, damage, and unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Part-time positions are 25 hours/week.
