What You’ll Do
- Sort, dump, hang, price, and tag donated merchandise
- Meet daily production goals for the store and warehouse
- Track production numbers and complete basic reports
- Move priced goods to the sales floor, storage, or shipping areas
- Identify items eligible for eCommerce sales
- Assist donors, complete donation receipts, and collect donor information
- Power‑sort donations into appropriate bins
- Load and unload trucks; move merchandise to correct departments
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Help stock shelves and place new merchandise on the sales floor
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Early and late shifts as needed
- Saturdays required
- Some holidays required
- Ability to transfer to other store locations if needed
- High School Diploma or currently pursuing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Basic math and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions
- Reliable, team‑oriented work ethic
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently use hands, reach, bend, and lift
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs independently; team lift as needed
- Ability to work in environments that may be dusty with temperature changes
- Retail store and warehouse setting
- Moderate noise level
- Occasional travel to other locations for training
