Position Summary: The Christmas Coordinator is responsible for managing the Christmas kettle campaign and supporting other programs and activities.

Essential Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries concerning bell ringing
- Recruit bell ringers
- Establish and maintain the kettle site work schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and arrange for contingencies
- Assist in the printing/preparing of bell ringing reports and statistics, secure funds for counting as directed
- Provide customer service to kettle location
- Lead or arrange for daily devotions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Drive kettle routes to deliver/pick up kettles, check on ringers and transport ringers as needed
- Arrange for placement and collection of counter kettles
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 18 years old; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- 1-year informal supervisory experience
Certificates and Licenses:
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license with a chauffeur’s endorsement and pass The Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
