Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ewa Beach, HI. The Aquatics Manager will oversee operations, staff, and safety within the aquatic center, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the highest standard of service. Responsibilities include managing the team of swim instructors and lifeguards, organizing programming, and conducting training. The manager will also monitor water safety, provide swim instruction as needed, and facilitate a welcoming environment for community members.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and related techniques
- Strong skills in Swimming, Water Safety, and Aquatics programming
- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring swimmer safety
- Leadership abilities and experience managing aquatic staff
- Thorough knowledge of pool maintenance and safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications, such as Lifeguard Certification or Water Safety Instructor Certification, are highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field is a plus
