Bell Ringer

OVERVIEW:

The purpose of this position is to greet the public at the Red Kettle and collect donations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stand at the Red Kettle to receive donations
• Maintain a professional and approachable appearance
• Responsible for the kettle donation money at all times
• Provide written documentation of hours working to supervisor
• Follow instructions regarding times and locations of work
• Report all instances and concerns to their immediate supervisor immediately
• Company-branded items will be supplied
• Dress warmly as needed for cold weather
• Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Great communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to connect with the public

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to life up to 25 lbs.

EQUIPMENT USED:

• Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
