Seeking a part-time (20 Hrs./week) Service Center Manager to join our Gloversville Service Center
Our Part Time opportunities offer:

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Provide supervisory and administrative support for the Gloversville Service Center; perform tasks associated with higher functions of administrative work and coordination between local and divisional Salvation Army communications.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
1. Associate degree or 2 year technical certificate
2. Minimum of 2 years related experience.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Organized and able to make multi-task.
5. Proficiency with computer office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, Database, internet, etc.).
6. Valid Driver’s License that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements.
7. Must be able to manage, provide all reports, budgets, statistics and process all paperwork as required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Usual office conditions apply. Individual must be willing to work additional hours as required. Position has both internal contacts within the organization and external contacts within the community, which require considerable tact, courtesy, and diplomacy. The utmost of integrity is required to safeguard confidential proprietary information of the organization.
