Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Warehouse Lead. This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, production processes, and work therapy assignments within assigned commodities departments. You'll ensure operational excellence while supporting our rehabilitation program's mission through meaningful work experience.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
- Oversee staff and production processes in assigned departments
- Manage commodity evaluation and packing operations
- Ensure quality control for cleaning, pricing, and shipping prep
- Monitor and record production goals
- Maintain OSHA and TSA safety compliance
- Support efficient workflow processes
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA safety guidelines
- Ensure proper use of PPE equipment
- Monitor workplace safety conditions
- Report safety concerns promptly
- Maintain clean and organized environment
- Follow all TSA policies and procedures
Administrative Duties
- Track production metrics
- Report incidents and concerns
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with leadership
- Support departmental goals
- Monitor efficiency and quality
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Combination of education and relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with TSA vehicle qualification
- Warehouse operations experience preferred
