This is a full-time position offering $15 per hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those rebuilding from addiction and hardship.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support residents to ensure a positive, structured, and safe living environment

• Lead weekly house meetings and enforce program standards

• Conduct new-beneficiary orientations and facility tours

• Monitor medication calls and maintain accurate records

• Complete incident reports, Safe From Harm documentation, and daily activity logs

• Support residents through mentorship, accountability, and encouragement

• Coordinate recreational and spiritual activities

• Provide safe transportation as needed and assist with work-therapy supervision

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or supervisory experience preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Compassionate, dependable leadership style

• Basic computer and reporting abilities
