- Presentation of self and adherence to dress code.
- Effective management of personal cash drawer and accuracy in transactions.
- Familiarity with Point of Sales system and ability to complete sales efficiently.
- Maintenance of a clean work environment, including cleaning, straightening, and restocking as needed.
- Engagement with customers and provision of assistance when required.
- Adherence to Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sale.
- Stocking and displaying new merchandise to meet production goals.
