What You'll Do:
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by actively monitoring the pool area.
- Enforce rules with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Assist guests with questions and provide stellar customer service.
- Help keep the pool area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Strong swimming skills and a passion for water safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
- Willingness to complete lifeguard training (paid) upon hire.
