- Deliver high-quality group fitness classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels and interests, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, HIIT, yoga, dance, and aqua fit.
- Create and implement effective workout routines that are safe, challenging, and enjoyable for participants.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals by offering guidance, support, and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio environment before, during, and after classes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to continually enhance class offerings.
- Ensure the safety of participants by closely monitoring their movements and providing modifications or alternatives when necessary.
- Establish a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all participants feel welcome and supported.
Aquatics Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday at 8am

Class Description: A medium-intensity combination of all our aqua fitness classes. Its a great mix of moves for a workout the combines cardio, toning, flexibility, and strength training. Various training equipment is provided and will vary based on class format and instructor.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 8am

Class Description: Join an instructor on a resistance walk or jog through our Current River. A fun way to increase mobility, balance, strength, and cardio endurance. Perfect for those with limited mobility.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor or relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
- Proven experience leading group fitness classes in a variety of formats.
- Knowledge and experience with aquatic fitness programs
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and modify exercises as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
