Schedule/Hours: Part-time; schedule may vary including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays (based on store needs)
This position is responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and donations
- Operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Receiving, sorting, and preparing donated items for display or storage
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register, process sales transactions, and balance cash drawer
- Assist customers with purchases, donations, and general inquiries to ensure a positive experience
- Sort, inspect, tag, and prepare donated goods for resale or disposal according to standards
- Stock and organize merchandise displays, ensuring store presentation remains clean and orderly
- Maintain cleanliness of store and warehouse, including floors, shelves, and work areas
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs.
- Work is performed in a warehouse/store environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred AND
- Experience working in a retail environment preferred OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
