Schedule/Hours: Monday – Schedule will vary between three shifts (12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) Will require some weekends.
This position is responsible for:
Supervises the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities; monitors clients behaviors and ensures compliance with program standards; enforces community standards and ensures overall security of center in collaboration with hired security; ensures that resident facilities are maintained in a neat and orderly manner; prepares and maintains routine reports and statistics reflecting resident facility Conducts and trains on proper methods for bag and room checks for prohibited materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises the work of all resident monitors; trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures; conducts performance evaluations and provides salary and hiring/firing recommendations.
- Supervises, observes, and monitors behaviors of clients living in the center residence; provides behavior intervention consultation with clients as necessary.
- Enforces community standards to maintain order and peace amongst the clients; monitors and ensures overall security of center during evening and early morning hours; reports violations of community standards in writing to directors and appropriate department heads each morning.

- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm manner and to make decisions regarding the appropriate corrective measures to ensure the safety and security of property and lives.

- High School Diploma AND
- Three years’ experience supervising the operation, housekeeping, maintenance, and security of a residence facility OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
