What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kettle Driver position at The Salvation Army A Georgia Corp?
This position requires: Drives Salvation Army vehicle to transport kettles to and from kettle locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles to transport kettles.
- Maintains cleanliness of truck and/or van inside and outside.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other related work as required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to meet attendance requirements, Ability to read and communicate
- Ability to operate commercial equipment,
- Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing duties given,
- Ability to perform continuous stooping, standing and climbing as well as lift and carry and/or push/pull moderate (25 - 50 lbs.) and possibly heavy (50-100 lbs.) materials and donations. Work is performed in a warehouse building with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, dust and/or disagreeable sights and orders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
