Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the kitchen for cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and boxes of supplies safely and efficiently
- Adhere to kitchen health and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
