What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist position at The Salt Cave and Spa, LLC?
Pomona Salt Cave & Spa in White Sulphur Springs, WV is hiring for a scheduling coordinator/receptionist to operate the front desk. We're looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic personality to join our award winning team and start on the path to your new hospitality career. The position requires excellent customer service and people skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While at the front desk, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests and must make a lasting, memorable and outstanding impression on them.
Duties for the scheduling coordinator/receptionist include:
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Checking guests in and out for their services
- Scheduling services for guests and coordinating with management to maximize the daily schedule
- Coordinating with team members to make sure the daily operations of the business run smoothly - including making sure services start and end on time
- Record accurate information for each client profile and appointment
- Basic clerical duties such as copying, scanning, filing of paperwork.
- Perform the Ion Foot Detox service for guests (commission and tips included)
- Responding to daily e-mail correspondence from guests and vendors
- Coordinate with Purchasing Director regarding retail stock and sales questions
- Participate in Team training events as coordinated by the Spa Director
- Cleaning, stocking, basic maintenance of the lobby area and bathrooms
- Laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding & stocking of linens, towels, etc.
We are currently hiring for a Full Time position for up to 40 hours per week. Weekends are required of the position. We are closed Wednesdays and on major holidays.

Pay starts at $15 based on experience, with increases at 6 and 12 months based on performance.
