This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coaching students in technical skills, professional development, and the soft skills needed to succeed in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum for the Full Specialty (Esthetics & Nails) program
- Maintain accurate daily attendance and grade records (theory and practical)
- Provide supervision and hands-on instruction to students
- Contact and support students regarding attendance
- Foster a positive, professional, and motivating learning environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Florida Full Specialty or both Facial and Nail Specialty Licenses
- Must have minimum 2 years experience performing Facial and Nail Services
- Open availability
- Visionary mindset with a positive attitude
- Strong organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience in supervision, teamwork, and documentation
- Understanding of professional development and performance outcomes
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Honest, dependable, and professional demeanor

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
