Journeymen trades people within our organization earn an average wage & benefits level of $110-150k /yr.

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified 01 Licensed Journey Level Electrician with a high level of electrical service experience to join our team. Experience working in medium and heavy commercial and industrial arenas preferred. This is a self-managed, largely self-directed position with flexible hours. This is a growing part of our business where the right candidate will have the opportunity to have input into the scopes of work we perform and the types of customers we choose to do work for. We currently serve all types of customers include: large manufacturing facilities, tier-0 data centers, municipal waste water treatment plants, grocery stores, retail, restaurants, RV parks, apartment complexes and residential. This position also serves as support for our HVAC Technical Division by providing repair/replacement of high voltage circuits and equipment related to HVAC systems. The Electrical Service Manager position reports directly to and work with the Electrical Administrator/COO.

Preferred Qualifications and Character Qualities:

· Current WA EL01 License

· 5 years of Journey level experience in electrical service/troubleshooting.

· Clean driving record

· Organized and detailed

· Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.

· Perform basic electrical calculations

· Read and interpret technical equipment manuals and schematics.

· Critical thinker

• Advanced customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner including: manlifts, forklifts, etc.

· Excels at problem-solving

· Willingness to learn and improve

· Honesty & Integrity

· Strong people skills

· Experience bidding repairs is a plus but not required.
