Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling
- Assist with food safety protocols, proper food storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or retail environments is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
