- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing issues, and account management to ensure smooth transactions
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Perform data entry accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and update client records promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs fully
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend solutions effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute for efficient documentation
