• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing issues, and account management to ensure smooth transactions
• Engage in outbound calling to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Utilize strong communication skills to resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Perform data entry accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and update client records promptly
• Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs fully

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable
• Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend solutions effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus
• Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute for efficient documentation
