LOT MANAGER
The RV Store of Utah – North Logan
The RV Store of Utah is one of Utah’s premier RV dealerships, proudly serving customers from our North Logan and Helper locations. We are committed to delivering great products, strong customer service, and a team culture built on trust and accountability.
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Lot Manager to lead lot operations at our North Logan dealership.
Schedule
Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Full-Time Position)
Position Overview
The Lot Manager oversees lot technicians and is responsible for maintaining inventory in the service and prep areas in an orderly and efficient manner. This role ensures all units are clean, properly displayed, and positioned for service, delivery, or sale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the RV industry and develop leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Move RVs throughout the yard and into service/prep areas
- Coordinate with service and sales departments on unit flow
- Maintain clean, organized lot, prep, and service areas
- Park units strategically to maximize space and presentation
- Document damages or missing items on delivery receipts
- Wash exterior of units when needed
- Ensure sold units are staged properly for delivery
- Lead and supervise lot technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous dealership or RV experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean, insurable driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
