About Us:
Queens Road RV Park is a locally managed RV park that takes pride in providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Park Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain park grounds, and ensure a positive experience for everyone at our property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RV park office, including resident/guest communications, rent collection, and basic record keeping.
- Perform housekeeping duties for shared park facilities (such as laundry rooms, bathrooms, and common areas).
- Handle groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, landscaping, trash pickup, and ensuring the park remains clean and well-kept.
- Enforce park rules respectfully and fairly to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and grounds maintenance.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer and office skills.
