We are excited to introduce a brand-new sports bar concept brought to you by The Rusty Wagon team! Our venue is all about great food, a lively atmosphere, and a community vibe. We’re looking for a talented and passionate head chef who can help shape our kitchen culture from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As our Head Chef, you’ll be the culinary leader of our kitchen, helping us in crafting a menu that celebrates classic sports bar favorites like steaks, burgers, and sandwiches—all with a creative twist. We want someone who’s not just skilled in the kitchen but also eager to foster a fun and welcoming environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine a menu focused on high-quality steaks, burgers, and sandwiches.
• Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to consistent standards and served on time.
• Create a positive and supportive kitchen culture that aligns with our fun and inviting atmosphere.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, helping them grow in their culinary careers.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a sports bar or casual dining setting.
• Strong skills in preparing steaks, burgers, and a variety of hearty sandwiches.
• A creative approach to menu development and a passion for delivering delicious, crowd-pleasing food.
• Great leadership and communication skills, with a knack for creating a team-oriented and growth-minded environment.
