Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service, addressing their needs and offering menu suggestions based on preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours such as nightlife or banquet events.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or nightclub events to support seamless operations.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Skills
- Must be 21
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences.
- Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations to maintain health standards.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, retail math calculations, and drink recipes. Multi tasking !!!
- We do pay $12-15 hourly plus tips !
