The Russian School of Mathematics is looking to hire an Onboarding Coordinator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Begin the hiring process upon receipt of new hire request
- Verify information on the request to hire corresponds with RSM guidelines and policies
- Communicate with new hires and hiring manager to conclude the hiring process
- Ensure compliance of the process
- Add and verify employee set up in HRIS and RSM portal
- Coordinate answers during the onboarding process
- Process terminations and coordinate among departments
- Process employee status changes
- Handle employee information confidentially
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant Work experience: 1 years of previous experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
