RUSH Facilities LLC, a division of the RUSH family of Companies, is looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Apprentice to help support our ongoing service contracts.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical field experience while learning from licensed electricians. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to building a long-term career in the electrical trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Pull wire, install conduit, fixtures, and other electrical components under supervision
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and regulations on job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Attend required training sessions and coursework to meet apprenticeship requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an accredited apprenticeship program
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, at heights, etc.)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
