The ideal candidate will have 12 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to model deployment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, R&D, Clinical Development and Engineering to define project requirements and deliverables
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large, complex real world data and extract actionable insights
- Develop predictive models and algorithms using multimodal data to advance patient care
- Collaborate with the GenAI team to develop new solutions that integrate and process diverse sources of data such as genomics, imaging, electronic health records
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies and tools in data science/machine learning
- Stay up-to-date with recent developments in data science/machine learning for potential adoption
- Education to Masters or PhD level combining quantitative and/or computational skills (Physics, Computer Science, Statistics/Statistical Genetics, Bioinformatics, or similar)
- Strong peer reviewed publication record
- Established track record in bringing assays or medical devices to market, preferably AI enabled SaMD
- Supervisory experience leading teams of 10 individuals
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to shift priorities seamlessly
- Experience working with clinical and molecular cancer data
