As a Client Services Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients with daily check in and check out, answering phones, texts, and emails to ensure proper communications and services administration. This is a fast paced job and applicants should expect to work on their feet for the duration of their shift. Your duties will also inventory management, providing basic care such as feeding and water changes for dogs, and maintaining a clean and tidy facility. You will also be responsible for identifying any behavioral issues and reporting them to management, while offering excellent customer service to dog owners. If you’re passionate about dogs and love working in an active, dynamic environment, this is the perfect role for you!
