Front Desk Associate
-Previous pet food sales, dog daycare work a plus
-Previous experience with dogs a must
Responsible For:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner -Some dog handling running the dogs to and from the pen
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about facility
- Handle requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Interested in learning about Dog Nutrition
-Social Media Management - managing posts about the daycare and the store
-Daycare and Retail sales
Skills:
We pride ourselves in our customer service. Very strong customer service skills and enjoy working with the customers and the dogs a must.
-STRONG WORK ETHIC AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN REQUIRED
- Strong ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Proficient use in word, excel, canva experience a plus
-Work well with others and able to communicate with management, we work as a team
