You belong here! The RTA Store is Hiring experienced Showroom Sales & Design Staff

We’re actively recruiting staff for our Kitchen and Design Retail Showroom! We’re looking for local candidates near Hopewell Junction with Kitchen Design and or Sales Experience.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in settings like Home Depot or Lowe’s and have experience working with Kitchen Design, Cabinetry, Bathroom, and home design. We are also welcoming experienced staff that may have adjacent experience with furniture sales, high-end retail, or any similar industry.

What’s Expected in the role:

• Enthusiastically greet and interact with walk-in clients
• Sales and Design staff to focus on store priorities:
• Client experience and engagement
• Product Knowledge
• Relationship building
• Design project support customers with prospective projects
• Provision of fast, thorough, and informative service to customers
• Prime sales leads for Showroom or virtual sales channels
• Basic computer proficiency required

Minimum Requirements:

• Kitchen Design Experience - with use of Design 2020 Software (Preferred minimum 1 year experience)
• (Alternatively or in conjunction) Retail or Virtual client facing sales experience
• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing disposition that gauges client needs & expectations

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
