Minimum Qualifications
- Must meet the education requirements outlined for the position
- Must maintain required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and any additional required credentials
- Must have at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine within the last 5 years
- Must be board-certified in one of the following specialties:
- Emergency Medicine
- Family Practice
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Orthopedics
- Preventive Medicine
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Must have successfully completed a Sports Medicine fellowship of at least 1 year, or hold a Certificate of Added/Additional Qualification in Sports Medicine
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice
