TRG Lakeland (MaxPak), a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our Customer Service, Shipping, and Production Planning functions. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, on-time delivery performance, and the development of a high-performing customer service team.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives and support staff.
- Oversee customer service operations, order entry, order processing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure accuracy of new and existing item setup within the ordering system.
- Review and make pricing decisions within established authority levels.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor on-time delivery performance and support plant quality objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs and business growth.
- Participate in production and scheduling meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations regarding stock availability and inventory trends.
- Develop, improve, and train employees on customer service procedures and best practices.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams of three or more employees.
- Experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
