The Royal Apartments is a brand new 55 Apartment complex seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team! We are looking for a professional , motivated Leasing Consultant to showcase our beautiful 120 unit property.
Duties:
Greet prospects promptly and conduct property tours and showcase available units
Maintain data entry using our property management software such as Appfolio
Process applications, conduct background checks, prepare lease documents, and secure deposits
Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure apartment readiness
Perform market surveys and stay updated on competitors to maintain leasing incentives
Maintain a high level occupancy for the property
Address current resident inquiries
Experience
- Sales experience or leasing background preferred
- Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with leasing regulations and fair housing laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
