Line CookThe Roxy Hotel is seeking talented, passionate line cooks with open availability to join their expanding culinary team. Candidates will work under the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs to prepare and serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, lounge, room service, and catering menus. Responsibilities include cooking a robust menu of American classics, ensuring a clean, stocked workstation, and maintaining the high standards set by the Executive Chef. All necessary recipes and resources will be provided. Participation in daily pre-shift meetings to communicate any relevant information with the chefs on duty.
