Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Islip, NY, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and records, and assisting in clerical duties. The role may also involve supporting executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and other executive administrative responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including organizing and maintaining records
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including handling calendars and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain confidentiality
