We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Guest Services Representative to join our team at The Roundtree, Amagansett for the upcoming season through the end of October. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival through departure. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a memorable first impression
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with promptness and professionalism
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local dining, activities, and experiences in Amagansett and the surrounding area
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay
- Coordinate guest requests, including reservations, transportation, and special accommodations
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and common areas
- Handle payments and reservations accurately using hotel systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and management teams to ensure exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer programs
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the Hamptons area is a plus
