General Maintenance / Groundskeeper – Wedding Venue (Part-Time)
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking maintenance person for a busy wedding venue in North Texas.
Schedule:
3–4 days per week (flexible based on workload)
Pay:
Salary/compensation based on experience
Responsibilities include:
Lawn care and mowing
Tree and bush trimming
Weed control and general landscaping
Power washing buildings, sidewalks, and patios
Basic furniture repair and upkeep
General property maintenance and repairs
Setting up and breaking down for events as needed
Keeping the venue clean, safe, and presentable
Requirements:
Experience with lawn equipment and general maintenance
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Handy with tools and basic repairs
Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Preferred:
Experience with irrigation systems
Light plumbing/electrical knowledge
Previous venue, ranch, or property maintenance experience
