Role Description The Program Assistant is a contract role that provides operational and administrative support to The Rosary Team’s programs. This hybrid position is based in Lafayette, CO, with a combination of occasional on-site work and primarily work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating program records and communicating with nursing home staff. The Program Assistant will help support outreach efforts to expand Rosary teams nationwide.
Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, with a devotion to the Rosary.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with organizational goals and processes.
- Interpersonal skills and communication abilities to interact respectfully and effectively with seniors, volunteers, and facility staff.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to learn new tools as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills in a hybrid work setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This contract position is desk-based involving extensive computer and phone work. Training will be provided on our database. Must be comfortable making phone calls, using a computer and entering data.
Schedule: 10-15 hours per week. Flexible, part-time.
Compensation: $20/hour. Three month contract position with potential for additional time.
