Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Support cooking and food presentation to meet quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve guests efficiently
