What will I be doing?
As a Concierge, you will be a key point of contact for Guests, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their stay. You will manage first impressions and provide guidance, assistance, and personalized service to meet guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Guests, promptly and professionally responding to inquiries.
- Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for a variety of guest requests, including city tours, theatre tickets, dining reservations, medical services, and flight arrangements.
- Process and deliver guest messages efficiently.
- Safely deliver and store guest luggage.
- Stay up-to-date on all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Ensure orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas.
- Support management during emergencies and special situations as required.
- Project professionalism and hospitality at all times, emphasizing exceptional guest service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
