The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, The Roosevelt, is seeking an PT Pool Server to join the team!
A Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing friendly, timely, and professional food and beverage service. This role requires strong knowledge of menu offerings and a commitment to creating a memorable Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Server, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:
Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and timely manner
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all licensing and liquor regulations for both residents and non-residents
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
Ensure mise en place is fully stocked and properly maintained at assigned stations
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
Follow proper reporting and escalation procedures when service issues arise
Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform appearance, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
Comply with all hotel security policies, fire regulations, and health and safety standards
