THE ROOSEVELT AT SALT CREEK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our Plant Operations team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Previous experience working in a culinary or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to handle and wash dishes efficiently and effectively
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Part Time - Weekdays plus Weekend rotation
Salary range: $16 - $20
