Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee all aspects of our exclusive members-only club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of successful management in a similar setting. Reporting directly to the club's owner, the Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all club activities, maintaining high standards of service, and creating an exceptional experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Hire, train, and supervise club staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to club policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the experience of club members, including organizing and facilitating special events and promotions.
- Maintain the club's facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing the club's budget and financial performance, including revenue generation and expense control.
- Foster a positive club culture, promoting camaraderie and community among members and staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate events and activities that align with the club's mission and values.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in club management, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the club’s offerings and appeal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (highly desirable, not required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in club management, hospitality management, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
- A passion for hospitality and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
