We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile laying, frame carpentry, stucco, and other related skills.
Duties:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers
- Apply waterproof coatings to protect roofs from the elements
- Clean and maintain work areas
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Tile laying experience
- Frame carpentry skills
- Stucco application knowledge
- Ability to build and repair roofs using various materials
- Trim carpentry experience
- Metal stud framing skills
- Knowledge of plumbing principles as they relate to roofing systems
- Proficiency with power tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license
