What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through residential canvassing, direct-to-home outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Present proposals, close deals, and oversee projects to completion
- Build lasting relationships with clients, adjusters, and teammates
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable engaging directly with homeowners in residential settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
