We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- This is a door to door canvassing position
- Identify and point out damages to homeowners
- Setup inspections for a qualified sales rep to provide options for the homeowner
- Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's
- Attend weekly meetings and group events
- Upload all documents, photos, and communications to our CRM
- Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales (preferred)
- Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
- Must be comfortable knocking on strangers' doors (required)
- Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
- Positive and outgoing personality (required)
- Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
- Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
- Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $25k Salary & Weekly Commissions
Hours: Monday-Friday 11A-7p (Spring/Summer), 10a-5p (Fall/Winter)
