What are the responsibilities and job description for the Canvasser - Hourly+Bonus position at The Roof Guys?
Location: Bowling Green & surrounding areas
The Roof Guys is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our canvassing team. No experience required — we provide full training!
Your job is simple: talk with homeowners, offer FREE roof inspections, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team Manager. You must have reliable transportation to meet with your sales team manager and canvassing team.
Pay & Benefits:
- $15–$20/hour $200 bonus (per signed agreement)
- Potential to earn $1,200–$2,500 per week based on performance
- Part-time and full-time opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods with our team
- Speak with homeowners about our FREE inspections
- Identify homeowners who may need roofing or other exterior services
- Schedule appointments for our Project Managers
- Represent The Roof Guys professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Minimum 3 days per week
- Saturday availability required
- Weekdays: Approximately 2 PM–7 PM
- Saturdays: Approximately 10:30 AM–6 PM
- Some flexibility available!!
