Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Supervisor to lead and oversee roofing projects on-site. The ideal candidate will posses 2 years of leadership skills with 3 years experiance in laying Composition, Torch Down, TPO, amd Metal roofing installation. As a Roofing Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship in a timely manner. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing crews, and executing complex roofing tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate roofing crews to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Work side by side with the crew you oversee to ensure the roofing systems, including metal, shingle, and flat roofs, are installed correctly in a timely manner
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to perform roofing tasks accurately
- Manage heavy lifting operations safely and efficiently on-site
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
Skills
- Laying Composition Shingles
- Installing Torch Down, TPO and Standing Seam Metal Roofing systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, caulking guns, and other fabrication tools
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English and Spannish to manage teams effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights on roofs or scaffolding
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction sites and roofing operations
- Hands-on experience with schematics interpretation for complex roofing systems or structural components
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
