Immigration Attorney – Full-Time
Our established immigration law firm is seeking a Licensed Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for immigrants and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Immigration Court hearings, adjustment of status interviews, naturalization interviews, and bond hearings as needed.
- Prepare and review legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex immigration matters.
- Communicate with clients to provide guidance and case updates.
Qualifications:
- Admission to a U.S. State Bar (any state).
- Strong interest in immigration law and client advocacy.
- Prior exposure to immigration practice (through internships, clerkships, or prior work) preferred but not required.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
